Technical Examiner (for non destructive examination, ZfP, Level 2)

Due to this we are strengthening our international team and are looking for you for our site at RUDEN as

TECHNICAL EXAMINER

(for non-destructive examination, ZfP, Level 2)

Your area of responsibility:

  • Performing of necessary non-destructive examination according to drawing / customer specification
  • Knowledge about various non-destructive examination methods and equipment (VT, PT, MPT, UT, RT)
  • Report of annual verification of work equipment subject to testing (UT-device, RT-device, MT-device)
  • Preparation of necessary documents for production documentations for steel, pipe and plan construction according to manufacturer`s standard
  • Transportation and handling of finally welded up components (crain or forklift license)
  • Performing of supplier audits and purchase of technical products at suppliers
  • Support of external audits and purchase at notified bodies (TÜV)
  • Adherence and support of further development of quality and safety Standards

Your qualifications:

  • Technical Formation (HTL-graduation); final apprenticeship examination as locksmith or metal-working technician
  • Relevant experience (min. 3 years); good English skills
  • Capacity for teamwork, accuracy, sense of duty
  • Reliability, deadline compliance, willingness to learn
  • Inter-divisional thinking, willingness to learn
  • Business thinking, respectful handling of colleagues and superiors
  • technical understanding, logical thinking / reasoning
  • Good spatial Imagination, readiness to travel
